Aprel McCabe serves as the Learning & Development Manager for the Office of the Comptroller and is responsible for providing financial application and fraud prevention training, resources, and customer engagement to over 4,000 employees across 159 Commonwealth of Massachusetts state agencies and organizations. Aprel specializes in a solutions-oriented approach to training development and delivery to meet immediate and emerging workforce needs. Ensuring inclusive learning environments and striving for active engagement experiences is Aprel’s hallmark.

Aprel has served as a guest speaker for the New England Chapter – Association of Conflict Resolution and the Adobe Learning Summit. Aprel also volunteers in the Boston area with organizations serving the blind and visually impaired community including Team with a Vision’s annual participation in the Boston Marathon and The Perkins School for the Blind.
